A stronger presence in Canada and the United States

Our Canadian brand FICODIS pursues its external growth strategy with the purchase of two companies:

• SDI SUPPLIES, specialized in the distribution of top-quality hand tools, hardware, Personal Protective Equipment and industrial supplies, located in Canada;
• LNR TOOL AND SUPPLY, a specialist in cutting tools and lubricants, based in Long Island, New York.

HAHN SYSTEMS, part of our U.S. network, has acquired a wood construction business from BAKER in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
