In 1975, convinced that the quality of its customer service depended on the talent of its employees, the DESCOURS & CABAUD Group created its training center: Asfodesca, which became Tech’Up in 2012.
Tech’Up has developed throughout its history, opening up in particular to the use of e-learning and online skills assessment. Today, it offers a catalog of nearly 100 training courses adapted to the Group’s professions. More than 3,000 employees are trained each year, which represents 59,000 hours of training.
